⚠️ MANDATORY COMPLIANCE & REFUND POLICY: To operate on city property, all members must pass a Police Criminal Record Check.

• The Vetting Process: Upon purchase, you must submit a valid Police Record Check for brand review.

• Failure to Clear: If an applicant fails the mandatory police record check or background vetting, they will not be eligible for a full refund. * The applicant will receive a partial refund of $1,000.

  • The remaining $2,000 is non-refundable and covers the administrative costs, licensing fees, and vetting process.

  • The applicant will be automatically downgraded to the Tier 2 Pro Affiliate level (25% Commission / 35% Discount).

Process: Purchase initiates the vetting process. Final activation to Tier 3 occurs only after background clearance.
